The following are restrictions and rules related to Period types:

The beginning bound must be less than the ending bound.
The Time Zone of the beginning and ending bounds do not have to be the same for TdPeriodTimeZone and TdPeriodTimestampWithTimeZone.
Cultural settings that are specified in the DateTimeFormatInfo class will only affect the presentation of the Date And Time Type that is related to the beginning and ending bounds of the Period.
The delimiter that is used to separate the beginning from the ending bound is a comma.
Cultural settings will not affect the format of the string representation of a Period. The string format will always be the following:

    (Beginning Bound, Ending Bound)
```
