value: A TimeSpan.

A TdIntervalHourToSecond interval.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.OverflowException	The resultant operation returns a value greater than the TdIntervalHourToSecond.MaxValue or less than the TdIntervalHourToSecond.MinValue.

Remarks

TimeSpan fractional seconds may be truncated during conversion into a TdIntervalHourToSecond interval. TimeSpan supports seven digits right of the decimal for fractional seconds, while TdIntervalHourToSecond supports six digits right of the decimal for fractional seconds (microseconds).
