Compare Method (TdIntervalSecond)

Two TdIntervalSecond intervals are compared and a value is returned that indicates is greater than, less than or equal to .

Less than Zero	left is less than right -or- left is TdIntervalSecond.Null and right is not Null.

Greater than Zero	left is greater than right -or- left is not Null and right is Null.
