Parameters

left: An instance of TdIntervalHour.

True indicates the left is less than the right, false otherwise.

Remarks

Comparison operators always return false if one of the operands is Null. Therefore you should not assume that the reverse condition is true. For example you cannot assume that the left is greater than or equal to the right if the "<" operator returns false.

The reverse condition is true when the left and the right are not Null.
