value: A TimeSpan.

Return Value

A TdIntervalMinuteToSecond interval.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.OverflowException	The resultant operation returns a value greater than the TdIntervalMinuteToSecond.MaxValue or less than the TdIntervalMinuteToSecond.MinValue.

Remarks

TimeSpan fractional seconds may be truncated during conversion into a TdIntervalMinuteToSecond interval. TimeSpan supports seven digits right of the decimal for fractional seconds, while TdIntervalMinuteToSecond supports six digits right of the decimal for fractional seconds (microseconds).
