The TimeSpan that is to be converted.
The TimeSpan that represents the time is converted into a TdTime.

Parameters

value
The TimeSpan that is to be converted.

Return Value

A TdTime is returned.
Exceptions

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionThe TimeSpan is out of range.
Remarks
The TimeSpan structure will contain the time in 24 hour format.
