Remarks

A TdIntervalDayToSecond is represented as [-][days][space][hh]:[mm]:[ss].[ffffff]. The minus sign is optional and represents a negative interval of time. The days component represents days. The single space character (0x40) separates the days from the hours. The hh represents hours, the mm minutes, the ss seconds and the ffffff fractional seconds. The value of the Hours property is the hh component.

A negative interval will return all properties (days, minutes, hours, seconds and fractional seconds) as negative values.
