The month specified in the date.

Remarks

The value that is returned represents the month of the date component. There is no consideration for the UTC Offset. For example, if the timestamp is "2007-11-30 23:40:00.000000 -08:00", the value of the Month property will be "11". However, the UTC representation of the timestamp is "2007-12-01 07:40:00.000000".

No consideration is given to daylight savings time.
