TdTime Constructor(TimeSpan,Int32)

An instance of TdTime is created from the time component specified as a TimeSpan structure.

Parameters

value: A TimeSpan structure that represents the time. This must be specfied in 24 hour time.
scale: The scale of the time. The scale can range from 0-6.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	Either the value or scale is out of range.

Remarks

If the fractional component of the TimeSpan structure contains more digits than what has been specified in the scale, the fraction component will be truncated to match the scale.
