Inequality Operator (TdTime)

Compares two TdTimes to determine whether the operand is not equal to the operand.

A boolean is returned that indicates the result of the comparison.

Remarks

The value returned is true if the left is not equal to the right, false otherwise.

Return Value	Description
`true`	left or right is TdTime.Null -or- left is less than or greater than right.
`false`	left and right are Null -or- left is equal to right.

left and right are Null
